Phase Two: Content Creation Armed with a clear strategy, we gather and create content that narrates your brand’s story. Our approach is designed to make content creation a smooth and enjoyable process for you.
Phase Three: Dream Design This is where your strategy and content come to life. We design a website that’s not only visually appealing but also highly functional. You’ll receive a fully operational demo to preview your site’s potential.
Phase Four: Review & Refinement Based on your feedback, we refine the demo, focusing on perfect cross-browser and cross-device functionality, ensuring your site is polished and ready for launch.
Phase Five: The Grand Launch The launch day is a celebration of your new online presence, with all technical aspects handled by us. Your role? Share your new, stunning website with the world.
Payment and Investment Our payment structure is straightforward: half due upon proposal acceptance and the remainder at project launch. For additional services requested mid-project, prepayment is required for seamless integration.
Additional Services Ideas can spark anytime! If you’re looking to enhance your project with extra services, we’re ready to accommodate. These will be scoped and prepaid for smooth incorporation.
Project Timeline and Scheduling We value your time, outlining clear timelines in our proposal. One-time services are typically completed within 2-4 weeks, while ongoing services are provided throughout the month. Web design and redesign projects usually span 6-8 weeks from the scheduled start.
Revision Policy We aim for perfection in Phases 3 and 4. Post-launch revisions are welcome, with adjustments made at our hourly rate.
Post-Launch Support Outside of our Monthly Maintenance package? We’re still here to help, offering support at our hourly rate to keep your site in top shape.
Collaboration Process Joining forces begins with our detailed form and sharing your assets. Our client portal facilitates smooth communication, ensuring we’re always within reach.
Ownership and Rights Upon full payment and launch, the website is entirely yours. We love showcasing our work, so we might ask to feature your project in our portfolio or on social media.
Hosting and Domain While we’ve shifted from offering hosting and domain services to new clients, we provide recommendations and technical support for transitions (standard rates apply).
